As a registered NDIS provider, we can provide a number of different services

Assist Personal Activities High

There are some requirements you need to meet to be eligible for the NDIS:

A. You must be younger than 65 on the day you apply.

B. You must live in Australia, be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.

C. Provide evidence of all the following:

Your disability is caused by an impairment.
Your impairment is likely to be permanent.
Your permanent impairment substantially reduces your functional capacity.
Your permanent impairment affects your ability to work, study or take part in social life.
You’ll likely need support from the NDIS for your whole life.

D. You would need special equipment and modifications to your home because of a permanent and significant disability.

Step 1: Contact JJJ Home Care – Speak with us about your eligibility and how we can help you apply.
Step 2: Apply – Submit your application, including your supporting evidence.
Step 3: Receive outcome – NDIA will send you their decision within 21 days.
If you are eligible, you will move to the next stage, creating your NDIS plan.
If you are not eligible, NDIA will connect you with other government or community services.
